AI.PokerJudge is an AI-powered Texas Hold'em analysis and training platform that provides:

• AI Judge Analysis: Advanced AI technology to analyze hands and identify gameplay leaks
• Interactive Training Modules: Various training modes including AI sparring and scenario-specific practice
• Progress Tracking System: Detailed statistics and performance charts
• DNA Card Creation: Personalized poker card customization feature
• Referral Reward System: Earn points by inviting friends

1.2 Service Types

We offer both free and premium services:

• Free Service: Limited AI analysis, basic training modules, basic DNA card creation
• Premium Membership: Including Standard and Elite tiers with enhanced features and privileges

2. Membership Services & Pricing

2.2 Points System

• Points Earning: New users receive 100 points, daily check-in rewards 5 points, monthly membership bonus points
• Points Consumption: Basic hand analysis costs 15 points, complete session review costs 10 points
• Points Purchase: Users can purchase points anytime, approximately 1 USD = 5 points
• Points Validity: Membership bonus points reset monthly, purchased points remain valid long-term

2.3 Referral Rewards

• Each user can generate a unique referral link and invitation code
• Users who register through your referral link become your referrals
• When referrals become paying members, you receive 15% of their points bonus
• Referral points only come from referral membership charges, not other sources

3. User Responsibilities & Obligations

3.1 Account Security

• You are responsible for protecting your account password and login information
• Account sharing or transfer is prohibited
• Report any suspicious account activity immediately

3.2 Usage Guidelines

• Do not use automated tools (bots, scripts) to abuse the service
• Do not attempt to crack, reverse engineer, or compromise platform security
• Do not upload false, misleading, or illegal content
• Do not use the platform for any illegal activities

3.3 Content Usage

• Uploaded hand data is for personal analysis and learning only
• Do not copy, distribute, or commercialize our AI analysis results
• Respect other users' privacy and rights

4. Platform Rights & Limitations

4.1 Service Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time
• Feature updates and improvements will be communicated to users promptly
• Temporary interruptions due to technical maintenance will be restored as soon as possible

4.2 Content Moderation

• We have the right to review and remove violating content
• For malicious usage, we may restrict or terminate accounts
• Protect the platform and users from fraud and abuse

5. Paid Service Terms

5.1 Subscription & Billing

• Membership subscriptions use prepaid model, supporting monthly and annual payments
• Subscriptions will auto-renew, users can cancel anytime
• Annual users receive 17% discount
• Support mainstream payment methods including Alipay, WeChat Pay

5.2 Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of services, refunds are generally not provided
• If services are unavailable due to platform technical issues, we will provide appropriate compensation
• First-time subscribers may request refund within 7 days if unsatisfied with service
• Refund requests must be submitted through customer service channels and reviewed before processing

5.3 Service Changes

• Membership service content and pricing may be adjusted with 30 days advance notice
• Existing members enjoy original pricing and services during subscription period
• New features may require additional payment or membership tier upgrade

6. Intellectual Property

• Platform AI algorithms, analysis models, and technologies are our intellectual property
• Unauthorized copying, modification, or distribution of platform content is prohibited

6.2 User Content

• You retain ownership of uploaded content
• By using the service, you authorize us to process and analyze your data
• We will not use your personal data for commercial purposes or share with third parties

7. Disclaimers

• AI analysis results are for reference only and do not constitute investment or gaming advice
• Users should independently judge and bear responsibility for usage results
• We do not guarantee 100% error-free or uninterrupted service
• We are not liable for any losses arising from service usage

8. Service Interruption & Termination

8.1 Service Interruption

• Services may be temporarily interrupted due to system maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure
• We will strive to provide advance notice and minimize impact
• Membership time will be extended accordingly during interruption periods

8.2 Account Termination

• Users may request account and data deletion at any time
• Serious violations may result in permanent account suspension
• Remaining membership time and points will be forfeited upon account termination

9. Dispute Resolution

• Disputes arising from service usage shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation
• If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to a court with jurisdiction at the platform's registered location
• Laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China apply

10. Minor Protection

• This service is primarily intended for adult users
• Users under 18 need parental or guardian consent to use the service
