Privacy Policy (iOS)
This Privacy Policy describes how AI.PokerJudge (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application for iOS (the “App”), distributed through the Apple App Store.
iOS and website are separate commercial products. Subscription plans, pricing, points, and membership rules shown on our website (if any) do not necessarily apply to the App. In-app purchases and subscriptions for the App are those presented in the App and on the App Store. Our general website privacy policy may also apply when you use the website or other non-iOS products; where this iOS Policy is more specific to the App, it controls for iOS use.
1. Who this applies to
The App is intended for users who install it from the App Store and use it on Apple devices. We are operated by a company organized under the laws of the State of Colorado, United States. The App is offered globally through the App Store.
If you also use our website or other products, additional practices described in our website privacy policy may apply to those channels.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and profile
- Identifiers and credentials you provide (for example email, username, or third-party login tokens when you choose social sign-in)
- Information needed to deliver iOS in-app subscriptions and entitlements (for example subscription status or transaction identifiers we receive from Apple)—this is separate from any membership or points system that may exist only on the website
2.2 Content and poker-related data
- Hand histories, training data, uploads, or other content you submit through the App for analysis or storage
- AI analysis outputs and usage of training features tied to your account
2.3 Device and diagnostics
- Device type, operating system version, app version, language, and coarse network or connectivity information as needed to run and secure the service
- Crash logs or diagnostic data if you opt in or if required to maintain reliability (processed in aggregated or de-identified form where feasible)
2.4 Purchases
- Transactions for in-app purchases or subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive limited purchase-related information (for example subscription status, transaction identifiers) as needed to unlock features—not your full payment card details.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to provide, maintain, and improve the App; authenticate users; deliver AI analysis and training; process entitlements and support; detect abuse and fraud; comply with law; and communicate service-related notices.
4. Apple and third parties
- Apple: Distribution, updates, and payment processing may be subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy and App Store terms.
- Service providers: We may use vendors (for example hosting, analytics, or customer support tools) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards.
- Sign in with Apple: If offered and you use it, Apple may share limited account information according to your choices and Apple’s policies.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers as described above, when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security. Aggregated or de-identified information may be used for analytics and product improvement.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the App, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain data, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You can manage some preferences in the App or device settings (for example notifications). For requests, contact us using the details below.
8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), consistent with U.S. practices including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in the United States, where our company is based, and in other countries where our service providers operate. If we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards where required by applicable law (for example contractual clauses recognized in the EU, UK, or other regions).
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the App or other reasonable means.
